Odaco takes its name from a special tree in Shantawene, where the local community has gathered for generations to talk, resolve conflicts and make decisions together — a symbol of unity and shared wisdom.
This coffee brings together cherries from 563 local Daye Bensa farmers and Gatta Farm, nestled at 1,920–2,020m among forests, rivers and century-old indigenous trees. Coffee has been grown at Gatta since 2013, with much of the harvesting and processing carried out by the local community, including women who play an important role in quality control.
