Third-generation producer Franky Hoyos is part of the family behind Finca El Encanto, a 14.5-hectare farm in Pitalito, Huila. Growing up immersed in coffee, he later developed skills in roasting, brewing and sensory analysis, giving him an understanding from cherry to cup.
Today, the family combines generations of knowledge with rare varieties and experimental processing, creating distinctive coffees rooted in curiosity, resilience and a shared commitment to quality.

Whole cherries undergo 70 hours of oxidation followed by a 60-hour anaerobic fermentation. Strawberry-pulp and cacao-based yeasts amplify its juicy red-fruit character, while thermal shock and controlled drying preserve clarity, sweetness and structure.
We freshly roast our coffees and dispatch them on the same day. Our current roast day is Tuesday, please order the latest by 10am on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
