In the rolling hills of Mantiqueira de Minas, the families of Bairro dos Fagundes have been growing coffee for generations, passing down both skill and tradition. With rich mountain soil, cool nights, and plenty of care, their small plots produce beans full of sweetness, balance, and character. Each cup celebrates not just exceptional coffee, but the community’s heritage, teamwork, and love for the land.
In 2022, we kicked off a collaboration with Unic Coffee, tapping into their expertise in sourcing exceptional coffees from Brazil. Thanks to their support, we snagged some phenomenal lots, and our plan is to maintain this partnership to continue supporting the region in Brazil where they source from neighbours and grow their own incredible coffees.
