1.Finca El Paraiso is located in Cauca, Colombia, and is owned by Diego Samuel Bermudez, one of the most technically innovative producers in specialty coffee. Through his company INDESTEC (Innovation and Technological Development for Agriculture), Diego designs fermentation protocols and processing systems to unlock new flavour potential. His work has helped redefine expectations of the Castillo variety, transforming it from reliable workhorse to certified flavour weapon.
2. In the green hills of Palestina, Huila, Linarco - known fondly as Don Lino - has built his life around coffee. A rich and comforting cup with buttery coconut cookie, roasted hazelnut, and a creamy mouthfeel. Nutty, smooth, and delightfully sweet.
